Our fine friends at hobbyDB have teamed up with our other fine friends at M2 Machines to offer a very limited edition diecast vehicle. This lifted, off-road-ready 1/64-scale 1971 Chevy Van comes decorated in hobbyDB blue and orange with matching packaging.
There will be only 1,000 of this model made. To keep scalpers at bay, you can only purchase one at a time. The retail price is $29.99, with hobbyDB shareholders, volunteers, and Premium members getting the first shot for 72 hours (and also five percent off the price!). After September 1, sales will be open to the general public.
Several liveries were considered, as well as standard height and slammed versions of the casting, but folks agreed that the Baja version was the one to go with this time.
