This year’s 1/24 to 1/25 Scale nominees couldn’t be more different; a classic US family hauler station wagon vs a classic 1960s Giugiaro-designed, V8 powered exotic vs a 202s tuner Mustang vs a 1970s economy car from behind the Iron Curtain.
And the winner is;

In the 1960’s Italy’s Iso had started out making refrigerators, then bubble cars, then decided to go large and tried their hand at luxury sports GT cars. With a Chevy or Ford V8 under its Giorgetto Giugiaro-penned hood, the Grifo was the car which put Iso on the map (and broke down/caught fire significantly less often than its Italian V12-powered competition.) And now, in exquisitely-rendered 1/24 scale, it’s MCHOF’s 2025 1/24 Scale Model of the Year!
Grifo style may have outranked the competition, but only just, as all four entrants are excellent models in their own right.
The runners up are;

Congratulations to all!
