The slot car scene is buzzing at the moment with all sorts of incredible models coming out in all scales and at all price points. There are TV and movie tie-ins, artisan-crafted cars that are just as at home in a display cabinet as on a track and every kind of racecar you can imagine. This year’s winner is;
Small but mighty, AFX’s HO Firebird was the only HO car nominated and – just as the real car beat off the competition on the dragstrip – it bested all the competition, making it something of a giant-killer.
