The Model Car Hall of Fame announced the newest class of inductees on January 30.
Ron Ruelle, Creative Director & Wheelman of the MCHOF was the emcee of the event, held at Spielwarenmesse, the International Toy Fair in Nuremberg, Germany. Several of the winners were in attendance and came up on stage to accept their awards. Certificates were also available for the nominees who were present.

A very large, very detailed, very expensive model from Amalgam Models was featured on stage, their Aston Martin DB5. It had been on display at the MCHOF display cases near the main entrance to the Toy Fair all week but was available for a closer look after the presentation for anyone who wanted to check it out.
There were a total of 31 individuals, brands, and models announced, our biggest class yet. If it sounds like a lot to squeeze into an hour, it is. That’s why Ruelle is talking pretty fast (also throw in adrenalin, and all the candy that was available at exhibits all across the Toy Fair).

You can enjoy a replay of it here. The MCHOF will present next year’s class at the 2026 Spielwarenmesse in January. We’ll keep you posted.
