The Mini Participation Package offers exhibitors a compact and cost-effective way to showcase their products at Spielwarenmesse. You receive a fully equipped 4 sqm stand within a shared booth in Hall 7 – ideal for companies looking to achieve maximum visibility with minimal effort.
What’s included?
Stand construction
- 4 sqm stand space in Hall 7 (this is where all the model car action is)
- High-quality wooden stand construction
- Graphic plate with your logo
- Carpet in the color of the product group (Model Construction and Model Railways: light green)
- Wooden bar table
- 2 wooden shelves
- Power connection up to 3 kW (incl. consumption)
- Waste disposal fee
Services
- All media package services:
- Digital company profile
- Listing of stand promotions in the official trade fair calendar
- Invitation vouchers for 50 day tickets (very helpful!!!)
- Personalized marketing material for download
- 2 exhibitor passes (also valid during assembly and dismantling)
- AUMA fee (this is a mandatory charge levied by the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry)
- Daily stand cleaning (from the last assembly day)
Participation price for the complete 4 sqm package: €1,500 (currently approx. $1,750)
